Firstly, a pre-service assessment is completed by our highly trained care assessor, prior to any service commencement.
This helps us to gather the level of care and support needed and anticipated number of visits, so we can formulate a detailed and relevant care plan. Our clients and their loved ones are encouraged to actively participate in the planning and reviewing of their individual care plan, putting them at the “Heart of their Care”.

Infection Control
We continue to give our clients and employees a high level of protection against COVID-19 and infectious diseases. We follow up-to-date advice from The Department of Health, NHS England and our local authority Derbyshire County Council. PPE is always worn to keep our clients and staff as safe as possible. All our staff have undertaken relevant and up-to-date training on coronavirus, cross-contamination, hand washing, infection control, putting on and taking off PPE and the disposal of PPE.
